I intend to marry a Peruvian girl. Can anyone verify whether it is true that the husband or his family is fully responsible for all costs of marriage in Peru? Is it true that the modern Peru follow the customs of marriages in Spanish language? A big thank you in advance.

I do not know their customs, but in modern society, it seems that sharing the parents of the bride and groom costs. My husband and I have paid for us. I think we should sit down and talk on both sides of the family and see what they are willing to contribute. Hope this helps. Congratulations!
