Has anyone every used the Century Bob Body Opponent Bag (Punching Dummy)? - bob body opponent bag used
Any comment on that? I once had one of these independent Wavemaster punching bag. I filled my water and initializes the first blow across the yard. Is this the same thing with him?

I like Bob. It can handle a punch, and helps to develop the precision, since it is anatomically correct. This means that the nose, ribs, solar plexus, chin, etc. .. can see
But not "fight" with him. It's not fair ... He has no arms and everything. p
Fill the bottom with sand instead of H2O. You can "walk" a little, but it must be maintained.
