Floradix Iron I Need Help With My Iron Intake. Please Help Me, I Am Only 16 :(?

I need help with my iron intake. Please help me, I am only 16 :(? - floradix iron

I am 16 years and was vegetarian for 7 months and beyond. In the months 7nth I became very nauseated and felt like I was on drugs. I felt terrible. I had my blood and I discovered I was anemic. It was a month ago. I stopped and I eat vegan in general lately. I just called this iron Suppliment Floradix Iron + Herb Tablets "Obviously they're not made of iron, the natural and artificial iron pills are so they do not cause constipation or other known side effects. Volume 3 of day, as they say, 1 in front of the meals. I have for about 4 days now and this morning I woke up hot and nauseated and dizzy. I did not even talk out of bed and I almost fainted twice, and I was conscious, and with my hand Fanning. That was a few hours and I'm still dizzy. I do not know if I'm still anemic, or if I am like, because I take too much iron. Please Help: (Should I eat the pill and still normal?

Anemia does not necessarily mean you can have in the iron-poor and having too much iron very bad for you. (I have an iron deficiency, but I am not anemic) I would like to speak with your doctor. Normal diet, various nutrients that vegan eating style, so that may need more iron if you really, if you have vegan.
But what happens, the sound has faded. Call your doctor.

I thought the apricot is to be a good source of iron.

They said it was especially iron deficiency, or simply to say that the anemia? I want to ask what it was to request the resources to help you keep in a position to a healthy vegan diet, if you really want. Or would you be willing to allow the consumption of fish - fish is very healthy for you.

Perhaps you have a vitamin B12 deficiency (often observed in vegans). The source was of benefit of vitamin B12 are meat, unfortunately for vegetarians and vegans.
